If you encounter an error in Canvas that says “User does not exist or does not belong to this account”, then this is because you already have a personal Zoom account tied to your or email address. This information only applies to students who have created a personal Zoom account before using their or email address!
To join a session, simply go to the Zoom button in the course’s menu and click "Join" for the session you want to attend. You will then also be automatically following the aforementioned SSO way to login into Zoom. The Zoom integration in Canvas allows you to attend a Zoom session when your teacher has created one.
